How is frittata different from an omelet? Explanation with examples.

Fritata is an Italian egg dish made from a mix of vegetables. Its ingredients include meat, egg and spices.it does not form a crust after cooking. The dish is a traditional meal that has been practised by the indigenes for centuries.

On the surface, the food looks like a simple, regular egg meal but its quite dissimilar .

How is frittata different from an omelet? Well unlike an omelet which has the ingredients folded into the egg, a frittata isn’t so. The egg and the other inputs are scrambled, whisked and coarsely blended. Both sides are then fried till well cooked.

This gourmet can be fried or baked though the former is a more popular method.

Frittata is not so dry and crunchy. It is soft and molten. Visitors marvel why an egg stew look so fluid but thats how its cooked.
