Grilled salmon is more than a delicious seafood. It is a dish you can cook for all occasions and both young and old like it. You can prepare as a regular home meal or as a side for a family gathering or some other special occasion. Though there are many ways to get it done, there are actually a few methods to really get it really right. We look at one of these preferred styles.

Under direct fire, salmon will be fully cooked in 12 minutes. Start by dousing the grill with oil to prevent the fish from sticking to the metal. Now position the flat side and leave cooking for about 6 minutes. Flip it and cook the other side for another 6 months. You can tell the seafood is ready when the skin peels easily. For extra taste, you can dab in little salt and spices before roasting.
